Either email us with your details and preferred appointment time(s), or call us on 07 5450 9808
If you can no longer attend the appointment, please cancel by calling 07 5450 9808 or reschedule through your confirmation email or Healthengine app.
Please note a fee of $50 will apply if you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your appointment or fail to attend your appointment.
