To maintain the standards of care and facilities, SunLife is a private billing practice with accounts payable on the day.
We accept cash, EFTPOS and credit card payments and facilitate Medicare payments for your convenience.

You can pay your account using Cash, Credit card or Debit card.Â
We process your Medicare claim online for you.
The rebate is usually paid into your Medicare-linked bank account within 24-48 hours. Alternatively, you can use the MyGov app to claim, or you can take your receipt to a Medicare office.
Cancellation / Non-attendance policy
If you can no longer attend your appointment, please cancel by calling 0754509808 or reschedule through your confirmation email or Healthengine app.
Please note a fee of $50 will apply if you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your appointment or fail to attend your appointment.
